Abstract
Mobile Banking Mandiri is one of the service provided by the bank to the customers as a way to facilitate customers to make transaction using a Mobile Phone. The purpose of this study is to determinate the positive effect of independent variables (Perceived Usefulness, Perceived ease of use, and perceived compatibility) on the decision of using Mobile Banking Bank Mandiri in Surabaya as the dependent variable either simultaneously or partially. The statistical methid used in this study id multiple reggression analysis using SPSS 16.0. This study uses primary data. The data collecting method using questionnaire. This study took the 110 respondents as sample using non probability sampling technique. The results of this study show variable Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of use, and Perceived Compatibility simultaneously has a significant effect on the decisision to use Mobile Banking Bank Mandiri in Surabaya. On the other hand, variable Perceived Compatibility does not significantly effect on customer decision. Among the three independent variables, which has the most dominant influence on the decision to use Mobile Banking Bank Mandiri is variable Perceived Usefulness. It showed by the corfficients of significantly usefulness by 0,000 the highest than others independent variable.
