Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of working capital, liquidity, and leverage on the profitability of property and real estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 - 2015. Profitability is a dependent variable, whi le the working capital, liquidity, and leverage an independent variable. The data used is secondary data and a sample of 124 financial statements on property and real estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012 - 2015. This stud y using purposive sampling and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 23. Results showed that the working capital, liquidity, and simultaneously leverage effect on profitability. While p artially working capital significantly influence the profitability and liquidity, and lever age no effect on profitability. Keywords : profitability, working capital, liquidity, and leverage
