Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the liquidity, asset quality, and efficiency to ROA on Regional Development Banks by using independent variabel LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR and analyze the influence significantly and partialy silmultaneously to ROA. Population used in this study is the Regional Development B anks. The technique used in sample selection using purposive sampling. The samples used in this research are PT. BPD Pa pua , PT. BPD Riau dan Kepri , and PT. BPD Sumut . The data used is secondary data and linier regression analysis using the F test and t test. This research used the study period from the one quarter of 2011 to two quarter 2016. The result of this study are L DR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR , BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously have a significant influence on ROA in the Regional Development Banks. LDR and APB partially have a significant positive effect. IPR, NPL, IRR, BOPO and FBIR partially have significant negative effect. Of the seven variables studied BOPO has the most dominant influence.
