Abstract
The large amount of funds in amil zakat institutions Social Fund Foundation Al - Falah Surabaya received from donors, requiring amil zakat institutions to have a plan to raise the funds and do the recording as a form of accountability to donors. This study aims to determine how the application of good corporate governance in collecting funds and the implementation of SFAS 109 as a reference amil zakat institutions in taking notes. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach case study. Sources of research using primary data and secondary data, by observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that YDSF institutions have a plan to have the amount of funds for the year will run, and create a strategy for obtaining the amount of funds expected and preparing human resources to realize them. For the implementation of SFAS 109 on ZIS, the institute has implemented YDSF seen from the completeness of the financial reports containing statements of financial position, statement of changes in funds, changes in assets under management, cash flow statement and notes to the financial statements. In terms of recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure are in accordance with SFAS 109.
