Abstract

Performance measurement is one important factor for any company or organization. This measurment is used as a basis for corporate planning in an effort to achive the strategic objectives set the future and as a tool to assess the success of the company or organization. The balanced scorecard is method of measuring performance of the company or organization that seeks to translate the vision, mission and strategy in to four perspectives of measurement are : the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, learning and growth perspective.The design of performance measurement DBL Academy is trying to translate the vision, mission and strategy into objectives, measures and targets and initiatives for the four perspectives and the framework of linkages between different perspectives. In addition to the company’s performance measurements are still using the old method, which sees only the financial aspect of it without looking at other aspects that man effect the financial ratios. Form the results of the study entitled “The design of the balanced scorecard as a performance measurement assessment in DBL Academy”DBL Academy can use the balanced scorecard as strategic management system for managing long term strategy and the company will be able to create efficiency and effectiveness of work and also balanced with the satisfaction of all employess and customers. Key words : Balanced Scorecard, Performance measurement, Financial Perspective, Customer Perspective, Internal Business Perspective, Learning And Growth Perspective
