Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of financial indicators consists of profitability, financial leveragre, sales growth, liquidity, and activity and then firm size on financial indicators. The population use in this study are all property and real estate companies listed on the stock exchange (BEI) 2013-2015. The sampling technique use in this research is purposive sampling. There are 138 companies that qualified as sample. Data analysis method used is logistic regression analysis using SPSS 23 program for windows, where the significance level use was 0.05. The result show that profitability and liquidity have significant effect on financial distress meanwhile financial leverage, sales growth, activity and firm size not significant effect on financial distress.
