Abstract
This research aims to know the effect of profitability, leverage, company size and auditor’s opinion on the timeliness reporting on manufacture industries in Indonesia that listed on Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) for the years 2011-2015. Profitability measured using return on asset ratio (ROA), leverage measured using debt to equity ratio (DER), company size measured using log natural total asset, auditor’s opinion measured using dummy, if company’sfinancial statements had an unqualified opinion it will given score 1, and if the company’s financial statements had an audit opinion besides unqualified opinion it will given score 0. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method. The result shows that partially profitability, company size and auditor’s opinion was effect the timeliness reporting and leverage wasn’t effect the timeliness reporting on manufacture industries listed on Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) 2011 - 2015.
