Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of variable Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), non-performing financing (NPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and the Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO), to Profitability Return on Assets (ROA) On Islamic Banks Registered Bank Indonesia (BI) for the Period of 2010-2015. Profitability is used to measure the effectiveness of management based on results generated from loan repayments and investment. This ratio is important for bank profitability is Return On Assets (ROA). financial ratios affecting ROA is FDR, NPF, CAR and ROA. The sample in this study a total of 12 banking companies Islamic banks registered in Bank Indonesia. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling with criteria of sharia banks in Indonesia that serves the financial statements of the period 2010-2015. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption analysis, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test with significance level of 5%. The results of the study simultaneously (test F) stated that the FDR, NPF, CAR and BOPO together affect profitability (ROA) of the bank. While the results show that the correlation coefficient between profitability (ROA) bank with four independent variables 52,8%. And research results partially (t) states that the variable FDR, NPF and BOPO no significant effect on profitability (ROA) of the bank. And variable CAR significant effect on profitability (ROA) of the bank.
