Abstract
The development of economy in the world now are increasingly showing rapid progress, marked by numerous economic activities on an international scale. One of them is marked with a government policy which has led to the integration of the ASEAN Economic Communityby the end of 2015. Additionally the influence of MEA are many factors that affecting the economy of Indonesia today. As we know thewhole 2015 there has been a impairment rupiah on the US dollar (US) is quite higher.This has an impact reduced consumer purchasing power and a decrease in IHSGon Indonesia capital market.The purpose of this study Tittled “The Impact of profitability, leverage, sales growth and activity on financial distress on manufacturing company are listed on Indonesian Stock Exchance (IDX) periode 2012-2015.In this study is secondary data drawn from the financial statements. The sampling technique is purpossive sampling, so that the sample obtanined in this study were 77 manufacturing companies. Data analysis methode used in this research is descriptive analysis, logistic regression analysis to test hypothesis using SPSS 21 for Windows. The finding of reseacrh indicates that: variable profitability, leverage and activity have significantly impact on financial distress while the variable sales growth hasn’t significant impact on financial distress.
