Abstract
The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of profitability, leverage and managerial ownership on dividend policy with liquidity as a moderating variable on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2015. The method used is purposive sampling method and obtained 15 samples of the company so that the amount of research data 44 data. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple linear regression analysis and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that profitability does not affect on dividend policy, while leverage and managerial ownership has positive influence on dividend policy. Liquidity is not able to moderate the profitability on dividend policy, while able to moderate leverage and liquidity managerial ownership on dividend policy Keywords : Dividend Policy, Profitability, Leverage, Managerial Ownership, Liquidity.
