Abstract
This study aims to know the influence of firm size, growth rate, liquidity, profitability, and leverage against ranked non-financial corporate bonds were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (BEI) and ranked by PT PEFINDO (Indonesia-effect Ratings) in 2011-2015 period. The sample is a non-financial company that there were 254 data observations. Selection of samples in this study using the purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study is secondary data are data obtained through document archive and other media. Analytical techniques used in the study is the analysis of logistic regression through the program SPSS for windows version 23. The results showed that the profitability and leverage positive effect against ranked non-financial corporate bonds. While the firm size, growth rate, and liquidity does not affect the ranking of non-financial corporate bonds.
