Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, FBIR, ROA and NIM together and most significant effect on the CAR National Private Banks Go Public. Population is the selection of the sample private bank to go public by using purposive sampling and selected members of the samples.PT Bank Bumi Arta Tbk, PT. Bank Securities Indonesia, Tbk, PT. Where Bank Indonesia, Tbk from 2010 to 2015. Data were collected by the method of documentation. The method of collecting data from financial statements published and using analytical techniques for the analysis of linear data. Based on calculations using SPSS for windows 16. Obtained jointly determine LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, FBIR, ROA and NIM have a significant impact on the CAR. In some LDR, FBIR, and NIM negative effect is not significant to the CAR. And the other side of the NPL, IRR, PDN, and ROA positive effect is not significant to the CAR. Whereas IPR have a significant positive effect on CAR. APB and BOPO negative effect significant to the CAR. Ten independent variables LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, FBIR, ROA and NIM dominant influence on CAR is NPL. Key word : Liquidity Ratio, Asset Quality, Sensitivity Market, Efficiency and Profitability
