Abstract
The objective of this research is to know early warning system ratios and systematic risk that influence securities price on an insurance sector. The early warning system ratios used indicator in this research are loss ratio, liquidity ratio, technical reserve ratio, premium growth ratio, and retention ratio. A systematic risk by using beta coefficient. The population in this research are an insurance firm listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2007-2010. The sampling method uses is purposive sampling method. From eleven insurance companies that listed on stock exchange of Indonesia, only ten company were selected. Hypotesis testing was done by the multiple regression analysis with significance level of 5%. The result of this research indicate that early warning system ratios not influence share price of insurance in stock exchange. Systematic risk is influencing share price. Systematic risk has the coefficient of determination (R2) is 22,6% on stock price of insurance during the study period 2007-2010.
