Abstract
In modern era today, banking industrial is the most important component in economical view as to keep the economy stabilization and to manage the national economy. The stabilization of banking industrial gives a great impact to the economy in general. At the most common view, bank has important part in supporting the growth of the economy which is to be more dynamic and efficient. Syariah Bank is a bank that operates based on Islamic syariah principal. As a financial organization, it is functionade as to govern the fund from two parties such as the person who owns over funds and the other is who has less fund. Bank also serves as a saving place ( funds from third party). As a return, bank serves the customers with credit which has certain interest rate, this is called giro. One of the product which offered by bank jatim syariah is giro amanah. Giro amanah opeates as a save funding which governs under wadiah Yad Dhamanah principal, which allows the customers to with draw their fund without limites time by using cheque or giro slips. Every banktries to namage the fund from giro account since it is one of the most efficient funding which gives benefit. The bank also prepares with best solution for any obstacles or complains which pointed by customers when they put giro amanah account. As to reach customers satisfaction, the bank has to give the best services to the customers. Keyword : Funding Current Account
