Abstract
Bank is collecting funds in the form of deposits that are a source of bank funds. Similarly, in terms of the distribution of funds, the bank should not only - currency gain as much - as possible for the owner but also the activities that should also be directed at improving standards of living. Islamic banking is basically banking system in its business based on the principle - the principle of Islamic sharia law or by referring to the AL Qur’an and AL Hadith.Islamic banks can perform this function by mudaraba contract or contract representative. According to the mudaraba contract, the bank (in its capacity as mudharib, ie that carry out investment funds from other parties) receive a percentage of profits only in the case of profit. In the event of loss, fully become risk funds (shahibu mall), while banks do not bear.Islamic banks invest the funds placed in the business world (both capital funds and fund investment accounts) by using the tools that are consistent with Shariah investment.
