Abstract

Indonesia's economic development is very influential with the role of banks. In today's modern world, the role of banks in developing a country's economy is very large. Almost all sectors related to financial activities always require the services of a bank. To add a source of revenue for banks and provide services to customers, banks provide some products. One of banking product is BTN junior saving. Awareness savings in banks are now beginning to be grown in children. in the midst of a growing service sector, banking companies should continue to improve customer service. To achieve high performance customer service must be able to withstand a personal communication with good quality considering that the customer service Unit is the leading unit that is directly related to clients or potential clients. Subjects of this research is Bank Tabungan Negara Branch Offices Jemursari Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation of customer service toward BTN Junior saving product in Bank BTN KCP Jemursari including how services by customer service, opening requirements, opening procedures, withdrawal, deposit and closing, interest rates and the role customer service etc. The conclusion is customer service in charge doing of product and services in the service of the bank and outside the bank as promotion to the various schools. Suggestions can be submitted is BTN KCP Jemursari should improve product quality BTN Junior saving to attract customers with the aim of providing the learning of saving early and to maintain customer loyalty. and customer service further improve service that has been provided by the principle of excellent service.
