Abstract
Capital market is one of the main drivers of the world economy, with the capital market companies can obtain funds to carry out economic activities. Investors in investing in the stock market also requires accurate infoemation so that investors can determine the extent of the relationship variables that cause fluctuations in the company’s stock price to be purchased. This study aims to determine the stock price based on profitability, liquidity, leverage, dividend per share, and dividend payout ratio on manufacturing companies go public on the stock exchange of Indonesia. The independent variabels: profitability, liquidity, leverage, dividend per share and dividend payout ratio and dependent variabel is stock price. The analytical method used are multiple linear regression analysis. Results obtained from this study suggest that the influence of profitability, liquidity,leverage,dividend per share, and dividend payout ratio to the stock price simultaneously showed a significant effect. Partially, only the liquidity and dividend payout ratio has significant effect on stock price while the profitability, leverage and dividend per share has no significant effect on stock price.
