Abstract
Banking is one of the services that are in use by the wider community and plays an important role in the development of the economy. One example of a loan product that is BTN Sejahtera FLPP Mortgage. With the BTN Sejahtera FLPP Mortgage, the public can have a home stay through the process of credit with low interest rates and mild installment and fixed all the time credit. Subject research at the State Savings Bank branch in Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to determine the terms and conditions of the opening, procedures, related parties, how to analyze, the calculation of installments, warranty, problems and solutions BTN Sejahtera FLPP Mortgage in Surabaya branch of state savings bank. In conclusion BTN Sejahtera FLPP Mortgage is a collaborative program with the Ministry of Housing with low interest rates and mild installment and fixed throughout the loan period, consisting of mortgages for home purchases Prosperous Tread and mortgage Prosperous Flats for purchase, as well as committed in implementing the government subsidy program to provide housing finance stay with Housing Finance Liquidity Facility for all Indonesian people. Suggestions for BTN Branch Surabaya, should improve better services to increase the number of customers in the BTN. Keywords : Sejahtera Flpp Mortgage, BTN Branch Surabaya
