Abstract
The students’ Final Project at the Diploma III Management Department of Perbanas Surabaya is an important part of a curriculum unity, that it has the same importance as the role of other lectures. Academically, the Final Project gives a wider overview and positive values for the students, because by writing The students’ Final Project, the students have an opportunity to write scientific work which give benefit for students, writers, banks, and campus. This student final project talk about general banking and specific product from the bank. that is service of safe deposit box by customer service in BTN branch office of Surabaya.. A safe deposit box, otherwise known as safety deposit box is an individually secured container, usually held within a larger safe or bank vault. Safe deposit boxes are used to store valuable possessions, such as gemstones, precious metals, currency, marketable securities, important documents such as wills, property deeds, and birth certificates, or computer data storage that need protection from theft, fire, flood, tampering, or other perils. Presenting abstract in English in the research article or the Final Project precisely and accurately will much benefit for the readers in local, national, and or international scope to understand the important points of the research Final Project, and motivate to read further the details of that Finale Project.
