Abstract
This study aims to find out about the public response to service mobile Units in motor vehicle tax payment on the circumference Units South Surabaya. The method used in data collection are questionnaires and observation methods. Penilitian results show that the public response to pay taxes through the facilities of Units circumference good enough this can be seen from the enthusiastic people to pay taxes when the motor vehicle is a new service in the open. Constraints faced in implementing mobile services such Units infrastructure is inadequate to perform services such as the number of reserved seats are less numerous and often have impaired computer problems. So the authors suggest that the presence of the changes is the addition of facilities and infrastructure for the creation of better service than that before.
