Abstract
Koperasi Warga Semen Gresik, based on the name of the cooperative can be concluded that the members of this cooperative come from employees and retirees Semen Gresik Group (PT Semen Gresik and other subsidiaries). Koperasi Warga Semen Gresik has one type of business activity that is also owned by the cooperative in general, that is a savings and loan. Savings and loans unit provides services to its members that will save some money in the cooperative and provide loans to its members which requires compliance with applicable regulations. Lending and borrowing activities is one of the business activities that attract members to perform this transaction, so Koperasi Warga Semen Gresik requires a system and procedures to regulate lending and borrowing activities. The aim with the systems and procedures in the savings and loan is that all activities carried out continuously and sustainably can run well and that goal is achieved with a good cooperative. The types of deposits given by Koperasi Warga Semen Gresik is a voluntary savings and deposits, while loans granted by Koperasi Warga Semen Gresik is the long-term loans, short term loans, Loans Retirement Period (MPP) and disaster loans. Documents used in the savings and loan unit is Depositing Signs Member (TPA), Signs Payment To Members (TPKA), personal data, loan data, and health declaration form. With the systems and procedures in lending and borrowing activities will have a positive impact for Koperasi Warga Semen Gresik. Keywords: Systems and Procedures, Savings and Loans
