Abstract

The aims of this study are to analyze influence of independent variable Good Corporate Governance, Return on Asset, Return on Equity, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Net Interest Margin, and Fixed Asset Capital Ratio. Selection of sample use purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling method is the method which based on certain criteria from period 2010 to 2014. Quantitative data for this study get from OJK(Otoritas Jasa Keuangan)and quarterly financial report of foreign bank in Indonesia. The data were analyzed by linier regression analysis using SPPS version 22.0 for windows. Research result of F test windows show that GCG, ROA, ROE, CAR, NIM, FACR have significant influence simultaneously toward Capitalization of health score in national foreign bank. The result of T test windows show that ROE, CAR have positive significant to Capitalization of health score. GCG,ROA, NIM have positive unsignificant to Capitalization of health score. FACR have negative usignificant to Capitalization of health score. The result of the count can be known that banks size gave the great influence to Capitalization of health score of foreign bank in Indonesia.
