Abstract
This purpose of study is to examine the effect of demographic factor, risk tolerance and overconfidence to investment decision making in Lamongan. This study used convenience sampling method. There are 71 respondents taken from questionnaire by survey method. To test hypotheses, this study employs desciptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and analysis of variance. By performing multiple regression analysis, this study found that risk tolerance and overonfidence do not impact to investment decision inLamongan. And, by performing analysis of variance the demographic factor (age, income and education) have no difference to investment decision in Lamongan. Key word : demographic factor, risk tolerance, overconfidence, and investment decision.
