Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine whether LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO and FBIR had a significant influence either simultaneously or partially. This study used the population of national private commercial Bank go public. Samples were selected based on the purposive sampling the technique. The data used was secondary data. Methods of data collection used the method of documentation. Data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. Based on the calculations and the results of the hypothesis, it is known that LDR, IPR, APB, and IRR against in national private commercial Bank go public simultaneously have a significant effect. LDR had a negative effect not significant, IPR had no significant negative effect, APB had a positive effect not significant, and IRR had a positive effect not insignificant. Among the eight independent variables that contribute the most dominant is the variable ROA amounted BOPO to 55,80 per cent higher compared with other independent variables Keyward : Liquidity Risk, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, and Return On Assets (ROA).
