Abstract
Advances in technology with the internet makes many banks use it to build an internet-based banking system that is internet banking. In Indonesia to date the adoption of the services provided by the bank related to internet banking continue to rise every year. Therefore, this study aims to find out what influences people to adopt internet banking. This study uses a Unified Theory of Acceptance and Acceptance Technology (UTAUT) to investigate the impact that causes individuals adopt internet banking technology. Through a sample of 100 respondents was collected using sampling convience, this study empirically-me conclude that the intention of the individual to mengdopsi internet banking at Bank Mandiri in Surabaya is significantly affected by the performance expectations, expectations of convenience, social influence, and the condition of the facility. By knowing the individual deciding factor in adopting Internet banking can be used to help the banks concerned to improve services to attract more users.
