Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct relationship between the intention to buy back on the satisfaction of the brand, attachment to the brand, brand trust, knowledge products, low prices and the experience of the past three objects jeans Wrangler, Zara and Nevada in Surabaya (Study In The user Jeans Wrangler brand, Zara, and Nevada in Surabaya). To conduct this study, the data collected through questionnaires of 384 respondents through a descriptive study techniques. Then the data is analyzed and the hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results showed that brand satisfaction, brand attachment, brand trust, product knowledge, low price , past experience influence the purchase intention for Wrangler jeans, Zara jeans and Nevada jeans.
