Abstract
This research purposes to identify the effects of financial performance, market Assessment of the stock return with interest rates as a moderating in banking company which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in research period of 2013-2015. Number of sampling is 78. Sampling technique that used is purposive sampling. The independent variable of research arefinancial performance by using profitability, liquidity, and leverage indicator. Market assessment by using price book value indicator. Dependent variable of this research are return stocks and moderating variable of this research are interest rate.Data analysis technique consist of descriptive analysis and statistic analysis then processed with SmartPLS program version 2.0 M3. Model evaluated with measurement model (outer model) and structural model (inner model). The result of this research are : (1) financial performance does not effect significantly toward stock returns with interest rates as moderation. (2) market assessment effect significantly toward stock returns with interest rates as moderation. Keywords: Financial Performance, Market Assessment, Return Stocks, Interest Rate
