The purpose of the research is to determine where variable LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, dan BOPO are simultaneously or partially have significant toward ROA on Go Public Private National Banks. Sampel in this research are four banks, namely : Bank Danamon Indonesia, Bank International Indonesia, Bank OCBC NISP, and Bank Pan Indonesia (Panin Bank). Data and collecting method in this research is the secondary data which is taken from financial report on Go Public Private National Banks started from the first quarter until fourth quarter, period of 2010 until 2013. The technique of data analyzing is descriptive and double linear regression analyze. The result shows that LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, and BOPO have significant influence simultaneously to ROA on Go Public Private National Banks. LDR, IPR, PDN partially have negative unsignificant influence toward ROA in national private go public banks. NPL, IRR partially have positive unsignificant influence toward ROA on go public private national banks. APB and BOPO partially have negative significant influence toward ROA on go public private national banks. Among the seventh independent variables LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, and BOPO, that have the most dominant effect on the ROA is BOPO. Because BOPO has the highest partial coefficient of determination is 17,72 percent when compared with the value of the coefficient of partial determination on the other independent variables. Keywords: Business Risk, LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and ROA
