Abstract
The main purposes of this research is to test the influence of independent variables namely debt policy, dividend policy, liquidity, and profitability on the dependent variables namely corporate value. Measuring corporate value as seen from the price to book value. This research uses manufacturing companies populations that listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2008 up to 2012. Data obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory. As many as 31 companies used as samples. This research method using multiple regression analysis. The result of simultanously this research shows that the independent variable DER, DPR, Current Ratio, and ROE has signicant effect to PBV. Partially, debt policy has negative significant on corporate value, dividend policy has a positif but not significant on corporate value, liquidity has a positif significant on corporate value, and profitability has positif significant on corporate value. Key words: Debt Policy, Dividend Policy, Liquidity, Profitability, Corporate Value.
