Abstract
Ijarah financing is a contract assignment for (benefit) on the goods or services, in particular the payment of wages lease (Ujrah), without being followed by the transfer of ownership of the goods themselves. Ijaroh intended to take the benefits of a good or service by way of reimbursement. In practice BMT Pilar Mandiri Surabaya using Ijarah contract -kaidah rules are in accordance with PSAK 107 and syariah law. The problems discussed in this final project is how the Ijarah financing mechanism in BMT Pilar Syariah Mandiri Surabaya, and how constraints in BMT Pilars of Self. In Ijarah financing of their application submission Ijarah financing, Analysis Ijara financing, collateral analysis, Ijarah financing agreement binding by a notary and internal / financing agreement, Revenue assurance, Disbursement (dropping funds). And the constraints faced by the discrepancies are due to the amount of the increase in funding from year to year, and therefore the lack of control on the part of the BMT to customers. With this method of data sources are primary data and secondary data, the authors obtain a general overview and data about BMT Pilar Syariah Mandiri Surabaya.
