Abstract
The title in this research is “The Influence of Financial Performanceand Macro economic Performance upon ROA in Malaysian Banking. This research was conducted to test the effect of financial performance which includes variable LDR, NPL, PR, Size, and macro economy which includes variable interest rates, economic growth and inflation to the ROA on the banks that exist in the country of Malaysia in 2006 until 2013. The sampling technique used in this study was Purposive sampling. The sample used in this study were 5 banks in Malaysia whose Data is available and published from 2006 to 2013. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis by using the F Test and t Test, Test done after the F Test and t test then the results of this study indicates that the variable is non LDR, NPL, PR, business scale, interest rates, economic growth, and inflation simultaneously has asignificant effects on the ROA on the existing Bank Keyword : Profitability, ROA, Liquidity, Asset Quality, Macro Economy
