Abstract
This researrch analyzed the types of indicators that could theoretically affect the profitability of the PNPM Mandiri, which is influenced by several indicators such as RR, CCR, LAR, PAR, and total of KSM This researrch aims to analyze whether RR, CCR, LAR, PAR, and the Ammount of KSM whether individually or in group, were significantly impact influnce ROI on PNPM Mandiri Urban in Sidoarjo. Sempel selected in this study are all districts belonging to the PNPM Mandiri Urban in Sidoarjo which consists of 15 districts. Data and methods of data collection in this study using secondary data, where the data obtained from financial statements PNPM Mandiri Urban in Sidoarjo period September 2012 to October 2013. Analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the data analysis gotten from the results of SPSS 18.0 states that RR, CCR, LAR, PAR, and the ammount of KSM simultancously have the significant impact on ROI on PNPM Mandiri in Sidoarjo. RR and partially CCR has a significance impact on ROI in PNPM Mandiri Urban in Sidoarjo. LAR and total KSM partially has no significant positive impact on ROI on PNPM Mandiri Urban in Sidoarjo. While PAR has a partially significant negative effect on the ROI on PNPM Mandiri Urban in Sidoarjo. Key Word : RR, CCR,LAR, PAR, Amount of KSM, Rural PNPM
