Abstract

In the era of globalization characterized by advances in information technology, organizational leaders and managers today must inevitably face an increasingly complex corporate olympics due to survival and development, the organization must have a competitive advantage to be achieved melelui improved quality and productivity. To control the direction and goals of an organization required management which includes planning, organizing, directing and controlling. In the strategic management of pan modern leadership required good vision and strength of will that is reliable is by the method of Total Quality Management (TQM). This research was conducted at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Bandara Juanda, the number of respondents 32 employees. This type of research data is the primary data is data obtained from questionnaires. Limitations of this study is confined to the respondent managers, assistant managers and employees of the financial division at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Bandara Juanda. Second, in this study using a questionnaire survey method through causing problems if the respondent's perception is different from the real situation. Suggestions, for future studies should add other variables, further research is expected to be developed by extending the sample and the population are many, and not just use the questionnaire alone, but also conduct direct interviews with his sources in order to obtain more accurate results. Keywords: Total Quality Management (TQM), System Reward.
