Abstract
Financing Murabahah is buy-sell agreement between the bank and its customers, where bank purchase necessary items and then sell them to the customer at cost plus a profit margin agreed in the initial agreement between the Islamic bank and the customer. Islamic Banking in Indonesia is currently used as a Murabahah financing is one of the main products. This research was conducted to determine the effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Return On Equity (ROE) against murabaha financing in Islamic banks in Indonesia. The population of this research is the 11 public bank syariah in Indonesia. The sample of this research using the annual financial statements of 11 existing Islamic banks in Indonesia in the period 2010-2012 by using purposive sampling method. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression. The results showed that simultaneous FDR, NPF and ROE effect on murabahah. Partially FDR and NPF has no effect on murabahah, while ROE effect on murabahah.
