Abstract
The increasing interest of the Muslims and non-Muslims in Indonesia for Islamic products. One Islamic products that have been instrumental in the capital market, namely Sukuk.Sukuk are securities similar to other securities, that a creditor will lend funds in sukuk with due regard to the sukuk ratings, to determine the return obtained and risks to be covered.Rating Sukuk is one of the supporters of Sukuk product development, as the ranking be a signal about the risks and the probability of failure of corporate debt.This study aimed to analyze the effect of firm size, profitability, sinking fund and the solvency of the Sukuk ratings. Population in this research is the company that issued Sukuk, Sukuk rating agency registered in the year 2010-2014 as many as 45 companies. The sampling method using purposive sampling method.The data will be used in this research is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements are presented in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2009-2014.Analysis of the data used in this research is using ordinal logistic regression, consisting of conformance test model, the test of parallel lines, test cox & Snell R square, wald test and parameter estimation.The results showed that the variables of firm size affect the Sukuk ratings with a significant level of 0.015 and ranked solvability effect on Sukuk with a significant level of 0.038, while for variable profitability and sinking fund does not affect the ranking of Sukuk Keyword : Rating Sukuk, Company Size, Profitability, Sinking Fund, Solvabilitas.
