Abstract

This research aims to determine whether Risk, Earnings and Capital which applied with the financial ratio of NPL, LDR, ROA, and CAR can be used to predict the financial distress on the Bank Of the people at Sidoarjo Period 2012-2014. The sample used in this research was 48 Bank Of peoples at Sidoarjo period 2012-2014. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. The data used are secondary data. In this research using logistic regression analysis to test. The results in this research showed that the NPL ratio effect significantly to financial distress. Whereas the ratio LDR, ROA, and CAR has no effect significantly. So it can be inferred that the NPL ratio can be used to predict financial distress. While the third other ratios can’t be used to predict financial distress. Keywords : Financial Ratios , Financial Distress
