Abstract

The research was conducted using secondary data of LKPD TA 2011of 2013 in East Java Province which was proposed to understand the influence of liquidity leverage, activity and growth towards regional autonomy using multiple regression analysis with purposive sampling data partially and simultaneously. The population of this research are financial statements of local government in East Java (LKPD) for the budget year of 2011 0f 2013 by Supreme Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK- RI) Representatives Office in East Java Province. The financial statements have been widely published through the official website djpk.depkeu.go.id. The end of the study population was 12 financial reports of local government in East Java. Using SPSS version 20 Based on the results of this study concluded that partial activity positive and significant impact on the independence of the region, while liquidity, leverage and growth not significant effect on the region's autonomy. Simultaneously variable liquidity, leverage, activity and growth significantly affects the region's autonom. Key words: liquidity, leverage, activity, growth and regional autonomy.
