Abstract
Salaries are payments for services performed by employees who work for a month. The purpose of this study was to analyze the payroll accounting system for payroll processing in PT. Petrokimial Kayaku and methods used in this study, descriptive qualitative research method that analyzes the information blurb describing the tangible objects on the current research is based on facts - facts. Based on the research and discussion of the accounting system for payroll processing in PT. Petrokimia Kayaku can be concluded that the payroll procedures on PT. Petrokimia Kayaku involving HR, accounting, and finance. Payroll accounting system at PT. Petrokimia Kayaku already well underway. It can be seen from the separation of duties and responsibilities within the company. In application, it is necessary payroll information systems within the company to facilitate employees in processing and calculating payroll data so that the resulting information was precise and accurate.
