This study aims to analyze the effects of burnout and motivation on employee performance, with organizational commitment serving as a mediating variable at the Transportation Agency of Bojonegoro Regency. This study is motivated by the importance of maintaining employee performance in facing increasingly high demands for public services, thereby requiring an understanding of the factors that influence employee performance. This study employed a quantitative approach using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 215 employees of the Transportation Agency of Bojonegoro Regency and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The results show that burnout has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment and employee performance.
