Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of firm size, financing decisions, managerial ownership, and dividend policy on firm value in Consumer Non-Cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the research period. The research methodology used was quantitative with a purposive sampling technique, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that firm size and financing decisions have a significant effect on firm value, while managerial ownership and dividend policy do not have a significant effect on firm value. These findings suggest that company scale and funding decisions play an important role in influencing firm value, while ownership structure and dividend distribution policies do not necessarily determine the market valuation of companies in the Consumer Non-Cyclicals sector.
