Abstract
The development of companies in the modern era, both in terms of technology and mindset, requires careful planning and calculation to avoid the risk of loss. Especially in the oil and gas mining sector, continuous innovation is needed for long-term survival, especially in calculating book value of equity and earnings per share. Furthermore, the implementation of effective management strategies and transparent financial management are important factors in increasing investor and stakeholder confidence. With accurate and continuous financial analysis, companies are expected to be able to make appropriate decisions to improve overall performance and company value. This study aims to determine the effect of book value of equity and earnings per share on stock prices. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The sample for this study was taken from data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for Oil and Gas Mining Companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and was analyzed using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study showed that book value of equity has a positive effect on stock prices and earnings per share has a positive effect on stock prices. The implications of this study indicate that in order to attract investors, companies must have good financial reports, especially in the aspects of book value of equity and earnings per share.
