Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, capital adequacy, and size on dividend policy in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020–2024. The study applies a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis with secondary data from annual financial reports. The results indicate that profitability and capital adequacy significantly affect dividend policy, liquidity has a negative effect, and size also influences dividend policy. Simultaneously, all variables significantly affect dividend policy. Keywords : Profitability, Liquidity, Capital Adequacy, Size, Dividend Policy.
