Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, social influence, and effort expectancy on the adoption of the System Application and Products (SAP) at PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents from the Finance, HRD, Budgeting, and Purchasing divisions. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that performance expectancy and social influence significantly affect SAP adoption, while facilitating conditions and effort expectancy show no significant effect. This study implies that the success of ERP SAP adoption is more strongly influenced by employees’ perception of performance benefits and social support in the workplace rather than ease of use or facilitating conditions.
