Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance where customer satisfaction is an intervening variable on employees at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk Kediri Branch. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. In this study, sampling was carried out implementing a non-probability sampling method by applying a purposive sampling technique. The population in this study was all employees of Bank Jatim Kediri Branch totaling 246 people. While the number of samples used in this study based on the Slovin formula obtained 148 respondents. For data analysis techniques using the Partial Least Square (PLS) test tool. The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and job satisfaction is not able to act as a mediator between work motivation on employee performance or between organizational culture on employee performance.
