Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, earnings policy, and sales growth on stock prices in textile and garment subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021–2024 period. The data used is secondary data from the annual financial reports of 18 companies, with a total of 62 samples, after undergoing an outlier test. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The results show that capital structure and earnings policy have no significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, sales growth has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. This finding indicates that in the context of the textile and garment sector, which is vulnerable to external volatility, investors pay more attention to sales growth signals as an indicator of a company's operational health than to capital structure and earnings policy.
