Abstract
Service the quality of care encompasses various aspects such as the professionalism of the medical staff, the speed of service delivery, the friendliness of the staff, and the comfort of the facilities provided to patients. If patients feel well-treated and receive adequate care, their satisfaction will increase significantly. Furthermore, appropriate promotions such as dental health education, free consultations, and the use of social media to provide information about service schedules can attract public attention and strengthen the community's positive image. The strategic and easily accessible location of the Perak Timur Community Health Center is also a supporting factor that accelerates patients' decisions to visit and use the Dental Clinic services regularly. Easy transportation access and its proximity to residential areas make location a crucial factor in maintaining patient loyalty. The combination of quality service, effective promotion, and a supportive location will create overall satisfaction, which impacts patients' desire to remain loyal to the service Keywords: location, loyal, promotion, service.
