Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion, and Financial Management on the Performance of MSME in Rungkut District, Surabaya. The research sample consisted of 40 respondents determined using a purposive sampling method, considering that the population that fits the research criteria is relatively limited and difficult to identify with certainty. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the help of WarpPLS software, which allows for a more comprehensive examination of the relationship between latent variables. The results show that Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion, and Financial Management have a positive and significant influence on MSME performance. These findings lead to the conclusion that increased financial understanding, easy access to financial services, and good financial management practices can encourage business sustainability, increase competitiveness, and strengthen MSME contribution to local and national economic growth.
