Abstract
This research aims to design the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of the mobile application for the Student Information System (SIMAS) at Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University. The primary issue addressed is the lack of accessibility and user convenience in the existing system, as reported by students. The design process adopts a Flat Design approach to produce a clean, minimalist interface that prioritizes readability and ease of navigation. Data collection methods included interviews and questionnaires distributed to the target users. The result of this research is a UI/UX design for the SIMAS mobile application that is expected to enhance flexibility, information clarity, and user satisfaction in accessing academic services digitally. This design is also intended to serve as a reference for the development of more user-friendly campus information systems in the future.
