Abstract

The purposeof the research is to determine where variable LDR, IPR, NPL,IRR, PDN, and BOPOsimultaneously or partially have significant toward ROA on go public privatenational banks.Data collecting method used in this research is secondary data source from quarterly financial statement from banks. Financial statement appendix researched from first quarterly financial statement 2009 until fourth quarterly financial statement 2012. data analysis technique used in this research in multiple regression analysis, F-test and T-test. Research determination criteria are fouron go public privatenational bankshaving total asset up to 50 trillion until 100 trillion at fourth quarterly 2012. Based on those criteria then samples used are Bank Bukopin, Bank Mega, Bank OCBC NISP, and Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional. Research period started first quarterly 2009 until fourth quarterly 2012. The result of research shows that LDR, IPR, NPL, IRR, PDN, and BOPO have significant influence simultaneously to ROA on go public privatenational banks.. LDR, NPL,and PDN partially have negative insignificant influence toward ROA in national private go public banks. IPR, IRR partially have positive insignificant influence and partially have negative insignificant influence toward ROA on go public privatenational banks. BOPO partially have negative significant influence toward ROA on go public privatenational banks. Key words : Business Risk and ROA
