Abstract
In this digital era, technology-based banking services increasingly dominate the financial industry, including mobile banking. Customer satisfaction is the main key to a bank's success, especially in the context of Islamic banks which prioritize Islamic principles in their business. This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction with Bank Syariah Indonesia's mobile banking services by considering an Islamic business perspective. The research method involves a survey of a number of randomly selected mobile banking customers. The results of data analysis show factors that influence customer satisfaction, both in terms of technical functionality and compliance with sharia principles. The implications of these findings provide valuable insight for Bank Syariah Indonesia in improving its mobile banking services by paying attention to aspects of customer satisfaction that are imbued with Islamic values.
